If you are considering booking us for an event, you need to make sure you plan well ahead. Many of our shoots are automatically rebooked for the next show/year by the organising committees and dates backfill quickly.
Nationals and major events are sometimes booked up to three years in advance.
Callout fees are not normally charged for larger shows in the Adelaide metro area.
Callout fees/charges for country/interstate shoots to be negotiated at time of booking. Generally there is a 'per show' charge if accomodation/travel is not covered.
Sponsorship and/or media distribution may be offered as part of the package, to be negotiated with the organising committee at time of booking. Sponsorship will be offered where possible but sponsorship offers are based on our annual advertising budget (which includes media distribution expenses). Photos supplied to media outlets are not for third party use or distribution and all photos are automatically covered by Australian copyright laws and our limited licence terms and conditions (see page footer).
We have a portable podium (available in either 1 x1 metre or 2 x .5 metre configurations) and a range of available backdrops, suitable for Royals, Nationals and larger studio shoots. Podium flower arrangements/sponsor signage/decorations are to be supplied by the booking club as we are not privy to the sponsorship agreements between the organising committee and sponsors. We will supply the winner signage for the podium photos if the organising club does not have suitable signage.
Individual studio session callout/setup fees are dependent on the session/equipment required and location, POA.
Photos are not normally included as part of the callout/session fee unless an all inclusive package has been agreed upon prior to the shoot. Photos can be purchased after the shoot straight from the website once they have been screened, edited and uploaded.
